You can measure your neck as tightly as possible where you want to wear it (in the middle or at the bottom of your neck). There will always be an adjustable closure of 10-15 cm (4-5 inches).

All our products are originals brought to life by us and made from hand. We calculate our prices very friendly in our opinion based by used material, workload and time we need to finish a single piece. At the end of the day we are a two person business with this being our full-time job and income, we love what we do and hope to be able to continue doing this for a very long time. So we are thankful for every bit of support you give us.

For customs we do offer a special custom slot on our site - here you pay for the special service and time needed to bring your special custom piece to life.

As for changes/ customization of an existing piece; you can always ask in our chat or via instagram. General answers - regarding colors of beads and such there is always a possibility to change the design; regarding metal color - if we don't give the option in our shop it might not be possible to have the design 1-1 in the other metal color but with some slight changes, just ask us so we can give you the options.

And finally regarding remakes of single pieces of Mystery Boxes or Customs we do have a remake slot available on our site.

No, all products are handmade; you cannot return them.

Alloy is plated metal, for example, copper with a thin silver coat. When it touches water it can color your skin or shows the copper underneath. Stainless steel won’t change its color nor would it color your skin, but it’s harder to work with and therefore more expensive. Also, the stainless steel silver is a bit more grayish than alloy silver.

If you can take care of fashion jewelry very well or want to wear the necklace only once in a while, an alloy necklace would be the right choice for you! But If you aren't good at taking care of jewelry, want to wear it every day, and have sensitive skin, a steel necklace would be the best choice for you!

Allergies are different for every person so unfortunately there is no general answer to that. In our experience and that of a lot of our customers - stainless steel is generally allergy friendly but some very sensitive cases could also react to stainless steel.

Because everything we offer on our site is handmade and done upon request it can take up to 3 or 4 weeks depending on the general workload we find ourselves with. We eagerly work through orders but at the end of the day are only two people. So please have some patience and understanding and take that into regard when ordering for a special event.

Inside Germany it is 1-3 days, inside EU it is around 7-14 days and outside EU it is around 2-4 weeks or longer.

Sometimes Shopify doesn't offer the option to send a notification to the customer. If you haven't received a tracking number, you can send us a quick message over our Chat or via DM on Instagram, so we can send you the tracking number manually.
